The impact of the 2026 Croquet for a Cure event continues well beyond the croquet courts!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we’re donating funds raised through Croquet for a Cure to the Myles and Hermanda O’Connor Fund, which will support the Cognitive Care Clinic at the Bob Bové Neuroscience Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.
This investment is helping HonorHealth expand access to specialized cognitive care for patients and families facing cognitive decline.
Expanding Access to Cognitive Care
A portion of the funds raised through Croquet for a Cure will support two important new roles at the Cognitive Care Clinic in Old Town Scottsdale: an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and a dedicated Nurse Navigator.
Together, these roles will help:
- Provide earlier access to specialized cognitive care
- Guide patients and families through every step of their care journey
- Support prevention and early intervention strategies for brain health
- Deliver comprehensive, personalized care through an interdisciplinary team
- Create a more coordinated and proactive approach to cognitive health
Most importantly, this support will help patients and families receive the specialized care, guidance, and resources they need sooner.
